I was on a quest over the last month for lace up flats. I think they are adorable and perfect for summer/fall weather. That being said, the ones I’ve liked are 150-200 bucks and I can’t fork over that kind of cash for something I’m “feeling” but don’t need. Heck, even for flats I need I’m not sure I can justify that much.
I looked to the gods of pinterest for inspiration and they showed me the way. This is such a simple DIY project it almost seems silly that anyone should pay money for an expensive version of these flats. I got a nice pair on sale from The Gap ($15 to be exact!) because I wanted a comfortable pair that would last awhile.
Thank you, pinterest gods. You never fail me.
